Product change policy

If you decide that you want to change a product, it must be done within 14 days from the day of sending it by IOANNIDIS ELEVEN.

You can do it yourself by filling out the form that you will find at the bottom of our page at the point “Change / Return of product”.

Otherwise you should inform us directly electronically by [email protected] or by phone 2461 461 326 notifying us of your desire again. The information that should be mentioned is the name, the order number, the code that returns as well as the new product code.

A necessary condition for returning a product is that it is accompanied by a purchase receipt. As long as the product is not accompanied by the proof of purchase, the change can not be accepted under any circumstances.

The first change is free for shipments within Greece and if the order is over 50.00 € (value of products). In the second or third change, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

The change for purchases under € 50.00 (product value) is charged to the customer.

Changes in the cosmetics and jewelry department are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

If you have purchased a product belonging to the OUTLET category, in order to make a change you will have to select a product ONLY from the OUTLET category again.

The shipment of the products for the first change must be done exclusively with the General Post Office, charging the company IOANNIDIS ELEVEN.

Return Policy

Product returns are borne by the customer. A necessary condition for the return of products is that it be made within 14 calendar days from the day of shipment and that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt, etc. ).

Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal (article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994, in combination with JMC Z1-891 / 2013)

The special right of the consumer for unjustified withdrawal

Especially in the case that the user / customer is a natural person (ie not a legal entity, even non-profit) who buys products remotely from the online store ioannidiseleven.gr exclusively for his private use and not in the context of his professional activity (hereinafter “The consumer”) is entitled to withdraw unreasonably from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of dispatch of the product to the same or his authorized representative, in accordance with the above provided for in condition 15, returning the product in its original state. The withdrawal of the consumer is unjustified, without the consumer being obliged to cite reasons justifying the withdrawal, as well as without financial burden on the consumer, with the exception of the charge for shipping and return costs of the product and any reduction in product value. in the cases specifically mentioned below.

The customer is obliged to keep the proof of purchase and present it upon return. If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.

Method of exercise and deadline

The unjustified withdrawal of the consumer from the distance selling is carried out in any convenient way and means chosen by him, who, however, bears the burden of proof of its timely exercise (within the exclusive period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase). The online store of the COMPANY, for the convenience of the users / consumers, proposes the following alternative ways of exercising their right of unjustified withdrawal:

(a) by filling out the Return Product form at the bottom of the page, or
(b) by e-mail to the email address of ioannidiseleven.gr, [email protected] or
(c) by phone at the telephone number 2461 461 326 of ioannidiseleven.gr

Upon receipt of the consumer’s declaration for the exercise of the right of unjustified withdrawal, ioannidiseleven.gr will send the consumer a written confirmation via email of receipt of the exercised right of withdrawal. It is pointed out that for the calculation of the above fourteen-day deadline for timely exercise of the right of unjustified withdrawal of the consumer, only the time of submission of the withdrawal statement is taken into account, regardless of the time of receipt by ioannidiseleven.gr

 

Exceptions to the application of the consumer’s right of unjustified withdrawal

Exceptionally, the right of the consumer to unreasonably withdraw from the distance selling contract shall not apply, and the consumer may not return the purchased product without compensation, in the following cases:

In cases where the products have been used, as their use clearly goes beyond the usual examination of the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function, as it would take place in a physical store, making the product used. Indicatively, shoes that have signs of use even for a few days.

It is understood that in all the above cases, as in any case, the consumer retains in full the general right of withdrawal from the contract of sale and return of the product due to legal or factual defects or lack of agreed properties that he finds upon receipt and its use, in accordance with the general provisions of articles 540 et seq. of the Civil Code, article 5 of law 2251/1994 and the other provisions of protection of the consumer and the buyer in general.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product excluding shipping and return costs (€ 4.90 shipping and € 4.90 return total € 9.80) of the product which are CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Example No1: You bought a product worth € 80.00 and paid by card. To return it to us you will have to be charged the shipping and return costs of the product (€ 4.90 shipping and € 4.90 return total € 9.80) so, you will be credited the amount of € 70.20

Example No2: You bought a product worth € 80.00 and paid by cash on delivery + € 2.70 (cash on delivery costs) so a total of € 82.70. To return it to us you will have to be charged the shipping, return and cash on delivery costs of the product (€ 4.90 shipping + € 4.90 return + € 2.70 cash on delivery so a total of € 12.50) so you will be credited the amount of € 70.20

For partial return of products for purchases worth more than € 70.00 the customer is charged only for their return costs (€ 4.90)

The products must not be worn and / or worn, have not been washed, modified or damaged in any way.
No label must be removed, as well as their accompanying packaging (shoes, bags, shirts), which is part of the product, must not be missing or modified.
In case of return of shoes, the original box of the designer should accompany the shoes and not someone else. The box is not the shipping package of the shoes. For this reason, labels or packing tapes must not be affixed to it.
Underwear and swimwear are tested on top of the underwear for hygiene reasons and the transparent protective strips should not be removed.

We will refund the above using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged for such a refund unless you suggest otherwise means of refunding your money (from what you used in the initial transaction) at which time you will be charged with any costs of using www.ioannidiseleven.gr, of this different instrument, which (costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For orders worth less than € 40.00 (value without shipping) NO refunds. The customer must choose another product from our website or be sent a discount coupon for future use.

Procedure & Ways to Return Products

In our physical store:

You can visit our physical store where our staff will check the condition of the product and will serve you. If you wish to replace the product or change the product with another, it is recommended that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.

Product sending:

You can send us the product following the procedure below:
First you pack the products in the package in which you received your order. Filling in the Return Product form correctly and checking the Refund field. Otherwise you can contact us at 2461 461 326 informing us of your wish.

Finally send the parcel with the cooperating * company and only with us General Post Office to the address:

Defective products

In case of a defective product, contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product if the conditions of the law are met and the present terms of the Company are observed. In case of product return, if the consumer explicitly wishes to be replaced, he will receive by e-mail a discount coupon code of equal value for the purchase of another product (s), with which he can place a new order or simply replace the returning product.

Remarks
Ioannidiseleven.gr reserves the right to legally abolish or modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In case of repeated returns by the consumer, ioannidiseleven.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
